Breakfast was good, but not excellent. Good offer a wider selection of food. However you can have breakfast any time of the day.

We stayed at u Chiang Mai for 4 nights. We found the staff extremely helpful, they went above and beyond any of my expectations. All staff knew our room number and first names within a few hours of our stay which I found a very personal touch. They were quick to advise and recommend trips/experiences for us and made all phonecalls to arrange days/times etc. This is the aspect to the stay which I liked best, as it made our stay in Chiang Mai much easier and less complicated. However the style/decor of the hotel (this is a very cool boutique style hotel, which is the reason why I booked in the first place), the general feeling of relax (I had a gorgeous body scrub in the spa on the day of my arrival which was amazing), and the fact that the hotel is at the very centre point of the old city were very high on my list of 'likes' too. The location of this hotel was super as it was within short walking distance of everything within the old city walls and even some of the markets beyond.
Only the tiniest of complaints, we broke a small glass tumbler in our room on our last day while packing our bags and were charged for the breakage on check out. I felt this could have been overlooked and not charged for, but this is a very very tiny complaint.

Located in the heart of the city. Also, in the old town right on the walking street. Flexible check-in and late check-out, parking on-site. Rooftop bar and lovely pool.
Wi-Fi was very poor.

great stay with minor issues
The staff friendliness really stood out. Breakfast was generous, providing ample options. A free drink each night for everyone. We loved the serene garden view from our room. It added tranquility to our stay.
The location's convenience was a plus, but some nearby areas were quite noisy during the night.

The location was marvellous and unbeatable for walking around a Buddhist temple. Besides, it was close to temples, restaurants, shops and tourist information points and the major attractions in the city.
Hard to think of anything.

Excellent hotel at a reasonable price in the center of the city. The service is also excellent.
The restaurant is probably not as good as the rest of the Hotel.

Location was fantastic, right in the heart of the Old City. The staff was friendly and attentive, and I loved the quiet atmosphere after a busy day. There were quite a few steps to navigate, which might not suit everyone.

We had a fantastic four-night stay with a beautiful room and a relaxing massage by the pool. The outdoor sun terrace was a perfect spot to unwind after a busy day, though the stairs could be a bit much with heavy luggage. I'd totally recommend this place for a cozy getaway 😊

Room design and hospitality of staff.
Pool access room is limited only 3 rooms but in Booked.net do not inform. We expected that we will get pool access but we don't get it. Anyway hotel staff try her best to make me feel better by giving me and offer many things. Second floor is not work even room is similar but no pool. Anywhere breakfast is not work offering due to you will not have bf near pool that lots of people walks around. In morning, sun shine to my room that I cannot open the curtain to see pool view.
